Hampton Inn and Suites Robbinsville

The staff was well informed and answering any questions and concerns that I had. Rooms were very nice and spacious and clean. And it wasn't a far commute from six flags to the hotel. My grandkids was very pleased that the pool was open until 10:00 p.m..

We had a great experience with our stay at your hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean and the breakfast was great. The hotel is close to Six Flags Great Adventure and that is why we went this time and two times in 2022.

Nice big room. It was clean the staff was great but not so much at the front desk they seem disinterested. The young man doing the breakfast service was phenomenal. He should be running that whole place.

the lady white skinny lady who was taking care of the food sunday was very nasty and rude i made a little mess with the pancake machine and she said to me don’t you read that sign there that say to put a cup on the machine with a tone , rude . not every one know how to use that machine she should be helping the customer not been rude that’s was the only complain have it make me feel very uncomfortable and i didn’t answer her back because my kid were with me ..otherwise she will hear my mouth because i don’t take people like that I treat people the same way they treat me . she need to go to customer service training and if she doesn’t like her job then quit..I work with customer service for 32 years and customer service is my priority Thank you

The convenience of location and because Hampton Inn is always clean and beds are so comfortable.
